No Refund Policy for 1-on-1 Coaching Services

Thank you for choosing our 1-on-1 coaching services. We are committed to providing you with a valuable and enriching coaching experience. Please carefully read and understand our refund policy outlined below.

  1. Refund Eligibility Period: We understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes adjustments are necessary. However, refunds will only be considered within the first 72 hours after the initial purchase of our coaching services.

  2. First Coaching Call Refund Exclusion: Once the first coaching call has taken place, the service is considered initiated, and refunds will no longer be available. We believe that the initial coaching session provides a clear indication of the value our services offer.

  3. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are welcome to reschedule coaching calls under the following conditions:

    • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
    • A client may reschedule a coaching call up to two times within the duration of the coaching package.

  4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled coaching call without a 24-hour prior notice for rescheduling will result in the forfeiture of that particular session. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed appointments.

  5. Communication: Clients are responsible for effective communication regarding rescheduling requests or any concerns related to the coaching sessions. Please contact us promptly to address any issues and explore potential solutions.

  6. Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate coaching services if a client engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behavior towards the coach or fails to comply with the terms outlined in this policy. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
